INCIRIOS® Refund Policy

Eligible Products for Refund
The base version of INCIRIOS® is a complimentary product. However, sub-products sold on the platform may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, and only while a single download has been completed. Each product may be refunded only once per user account or individual to prevent the abuse of our refund policy through repeated purchasing and refunding of the same product.

Effects of a Refund
Upon receiving a refund, the license for the refunded product will be revoked from your account, preventing any future use of the product. Importantly, any works created with the refunded product that are released for commercial use are in direct violation of our End User License Agreement (EULA). This includes works that were created during the 14-day eligibility period for a refund but are released commercially either before or after the product has been refunded. Utilizing the product in this manner with the intent of profiting from it without retaining the license is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please navigate to the product in the 'My Account' section, typically located under 'Licenses', and click the 'Refund' button. If the 'Refund' button is not visible, the refund period may have expired or the product may have already been refunded once.

Products Purchased Outside of
Please be aware that INCIRIOS® only sells its products directly through our official website, If a product intended for use in INCIRIOS® is purchased from another site, we cannot guarantee its authenticity or provide any support or refunds. Such transactions are not processed or endorsed by us and we advise caution in these circumstances.
